A few months ago Parents Magazine asked me to design the Thanksgiving craft for their November issue. I just picked it up at the grocery store last night! If you want to try making one then you can see the craft and instructions here on the Parents website, or go to a store and pick up the magazine!
these are so happy! :) i love the swirls you added. brings nice attention to the spool aspect of the design, too. and the real feathers are over the top! did you use your own chickens' feathers? ha! :) you've got the one-stop shop, for sure!
ReplyDeleteGreat! Always so nice ideas! Thanks
ReplyDeleteJOEL THANK YOU VERY MUCH! YOU ARE INCREDIBLE! REGARDS, LILA&CLOE
ReplyDeleteGotta love'm! I have a stash of feathers like those and going to make some - planning on using wine corks instead of the thread thingies as I don't have any of those.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the lovely inspiration you share!

Hi Joel! I'm so glad you posted this...I've been on maternity leave since the end of August (baby arrived 6 weeks early!), so I've been out of touch. I would have definitely sent you a copy had I been in the office! Thanks for your great work!
